L.I.C. Capital LLC is a private investment and advisory firm dedicated to investing and advising small high-growth companies and start-ups.

Mr. Federico Sanchez is the CEO of L.I.C. Capital. Mr. Sanchez has accumulated substantial experience working with mid-size companies and start-ups, having worked as CEO, board member, private equity investor and advisor to many successful companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Sanchez holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Before founding L.I.C. Capital Mr. Sanchez was the founding CEO of Atento Holdings Inc., a leading global CRM services company with operations in the US and 14 countries. He lead Atento to become the fifth largest global company in the industry by growing revenues to over $500 million. Mr. Sanchez was also a Principal with H.I.G. Capital, a highly successful private equity and venture capital with a portfolio of over $10 billion in equity value. Before H.I.G. Capital Mr. Sanchez worked in the private equity group at Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms and through Bain Capital one of the most reputable private equity investors in the US. Mr. Sanchez started his career with Price Waterhouse LLP providing M&A and financial advice to mid-size and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Sanchez is an active founding investor and board member of several companies including among others MenScience Androceuticals, a leader in the prestige men’s skincare and nutritional category; Volaris, Mexico’s leading low-cost airline; Stellar, the first cloud-based complete marketplace for private aviation; Progress Residential, one of the largest providers of high quality single-family rental homes in the United States; FemmeScience, the science of beauty for the modern woman, Cerveza La Tropical, Cuba’s First Beer re-launched in Miami and brewed in partnership with some of the largest global brewers; Trivest, a top-quartile middle-market private equity investment firm;  Sanchester Ridge and HammockWood Tropical Country Estate, among others.

During his career Mr. Sanchez has advised and participated as board member of several non-profit organizations and community organizations such as the Appalachian Club, Hispanic Unity, Women of Tomorrow, the Wolfsonian museum and the Chapman School of Business at Florida International University.
